Boogie Bounce is a high energy, low impact workout to get fit, have fun and bounce yourself healthy.
Performed purely on a mini trampoline, featuring a T-bar handle for your stability, Boogie Bounce is a full body workout like no other.
Please note: Boogie Bounce classes require you to wear grip socks. You can bring your own or purchase them at the beginning of class for $10.
