Tracey Ellaway is the Director of an “Excellent” rated Early Learning Centre with nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education. A firm believer that “it takes a village” to raise a child, Tracey is passionate about helping parents navigate the childcare system with confidence while fostering kindness and safety in their children’s lives.
