Hallam Senior Citizens Centre offers a large hall and meeting room for hire.
This hall is ideally suited to support the delivery of a variety of programs, activities and events, including but not limited to;
- Health and wellbeing programs
- Indoor sport and fitness programs
- Family & Children’s programs and activities
- Education and training sessions
- Community gatherings, meetings and celebrations
Hire
Hireable hours: Monday – Sunday (7:30 am – 12:00 midnight).
Please fill out the relevant form, allowing 14 working days for processing.
Casual hire: if you want to make a one-off booking, such as a training day or a birthday party.
Regular hire: if you want to make a regular, ongoing booking with multiple dates. For example, a weekly yoga group.

Party Safe Registration
- You will need to provide proof of Party Safe Registration if alcohol is present at event.

Note: There is limited storage available onsite for regular hirers. Requests for onsite storage will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Bond
Bonds are charged per centre and are in place to cover costs associated with damage to the facility caused by the hirer and/or hirer’s not returning keys/access cards.
Bonds are fully refundable at the conclusion of the hire term provided all terms and conditions of hire are met.

Security fees
All events requiring security will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. After booking, you will be contacted if security is required for your event, including the number of guards required. A minimum of two guards is required.
