The event will include:
- A Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony at 4:00 pm.
- A Flag Raising Ceremony at 4:45 pm.
- A variety of hands-on cultural activities.
- Storytime at Bunjil Place Library at 5:00 pm. Places are limited. Bookings are required.
- Live music by Charlie Needs Braces at 5:30 pm.
- A screening of The Last Daughter at Bunjil Place Library at 6:45 pm. Bookings are required.
“This free community event is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our connection to reconciliation, City of Casey Mayor Cr Stefan Koomen said.
