The City of Casey has completed an extensive community-wide consultation of the Casey Community Local Law, with more than 1,000 residents providing feedback.
As well as an online survey, the consultation included:
- 12 face-to-face pop-ups—one in each of Casey’s wards.
- Four community workshops.
- Door-knocking over 400 homes, with residents receiving information and feedback cards.
- Hundreds of valuable conversations across the community.
This feedback will inform a new Casey Community Local Law and a draft version of the new proposed Local Law will be released for public review and feedback via Casey Conversations in August 2025.
Residents are encouraged to subscribe to Casey Conversations to be notified when the draft is available for input.
