Postnatal yoga classes are a gentle and supportive way to aid your recovery after birth while creating mindful bonding moments with your baby.
Through calming practices and restorative movements, you’ll learn techniques to help you relax, improve sleep, and gradually rebuild core strength using safe, postnatal‑appropriate yoga.
Who can join:
These classes are suitable for mums 6 weeks post‑partum (or 8 weeks after a caesarean), until your baby is 6 months old.

Motherz Yoga, specialists in pre‑ and post‑natal yoga.
Cost:
$40 for an 8‑week program. Bookings are essential.
