Declaration of a Temporary Road
Pursuant to Section 9 Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 No.11 (The Act), the City of Casey declares that portion of Lot A PS811230 known as 1350S Pound Road, Clyde North 3978, as shown hatched and indicated TEMPORARY ROAD on the plan below, to be declared as Road for the purpose of the Act.
The Temporary Road connection will operate for a period of up to 12 months for the purpose of public access and emergency response until alternative network connections are in place; at which time the temporary connection will be closed and removed from Council’s Public Road Register
