Amendment C232

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C232 to the Casey Planning Scheme.

The Amendment came into operation on 6 December 2018, the date this notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette.

The Amendment rezones 11 parcels of land from the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) to the General Residential Zone Schedule 1 (GRZ1) and corrects mapping of the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO).

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at https://www.planning.vic.gov.au/schemes-and-amendments/browse-amendments and free of charge, at the offices of the City of Casey, 2 Patrick Northeast Drive Narre Warren VIC 3805.
