Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under Section 115(4) of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its proposed intention to enter into a lease with Amplitel (ACN 648 133 073), for Part of the land known as 540T Western Port Highway Cranbourne West VIC 3977 on Volume (12062) / Folio (818), Reserve 3 on Plan PS809585J also known as Thompson Base Wetland (the Proposal). The subject property is shown outlined on the plans above.
The principal terms of the proposed lease are:
- Term of lease: 20 years
- Commencement date: to be confirmed
- Rental amount: $25,000 + GST per annum
- Permitted use: Installation, inspection, maintenance, construction, excavation (if necessary), replacement, repair, renewal alteration, upgrade, cleaning, operation, and removal of the Tenant’s Equipment for the purpose of communications operations, including cellular mobile telephone service station, antennae, and associated services.
