Our Ways of Working (OWOW) is City of Casey’s Activity-Based Working model. Since the opening of Bunjil Place in 2017, employees at the City of Casey have been practicing activity based working, which means teams have choice in how and where they work to maximise their productivity.
In practice, this means that employees are not allocated an individual desk and have the flexibility (within the needs of the organisation) to choose a space that supports the work they are doing, including home as a workspace when appropriate.
Employees have access to a range of spaces within the office, including focus, process and collaboration areas and use technology to further support productivity and connection between teams.
