If you received a parking fine, you can nominate another 'person' if they committed the offence.
You must:
- submit your nomination via the form below or by completing a Statutory Declaration
- only nominate a person 18 years of age or older (at the time of the offence)
- nominate another 'person' before the Penalty Reminder Notice (PRN) due date or it will be rejected.
We will process nomination requests within 10 days of receiving them, and if approved, a new letter will be sent to the nominated person and applicant.
