Safe school parking

Attention logoThe following parking restrictions in school zones do not apply on the weekends or during school holidays.

Council's priority is ensuring the safety of Casey's school community during school drop-off and pick-up times.

  • Council patrol and investigate parking issues and will issue fines for any breaches of the Road Safety Road Rules
  • Customers must contact the school directly for parking issues within school grounds, as this area is considered private land.
  • Schools are built by the Education Department, with limited onsite parking.

Download the Parking at schools flyer for more information.

You can also read about general parking rules and how parking officers enforce these rules.

Examples include:

Please let us know if you notice any parking issues, and we will send a parking officer to investigate.
