Council officers are not authorised to investigate reports of animal neglect and cruelty. If you believe an animal is being intentionally harmed, you can report them anonymously to:
- The RSPCA
- The police
Puppy farms
Puppy farms are illegal and will be investigated by Council or the RSPCA. If you are concerned that someone is operating a puppy farm, please get in touch with us.
