Only use the following form to renew the registration of a pet already registered in Casey.
- If your pet hasn't been registered before, it must use the register a new pet form.
- You can use the transfer pet registration form if your pet recently moved to Casey and is currently registered in another council. In most cases, it is free of charge.
- You must renew your pet's registration by 10 April every year. A reminder will be sent to you via email or post 3 - 4 weeks before. Ensure your details with us are current to ensure we can contact you.
Renewal fees and exemptions
The renewal fees are the same as registering a pet for the first time.
You may be eligible for a discount if, before 10 April, you:
- had your dog desexed or cat desexed
- registered your pet with an eligible organisation
- are eligible for a pensioner discount for a dog registration
- are eligible for a pensioner discount for a cat registration.
