Report a missed collection or jammed bin
Use the following online form to report a:
- Missed bin collection: Your bin was not emptied
- You didn’t put your bins out: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness
- Jammed bin: Your bin still contains rubbish after it was emptied
Operating hours on collection days can vary from time to time. Please wait until after 4:00 PM before reporting a missed collection. This includes if the waste contractor has already visited your street. It's possible the truck may have gone to the disposal point to empty before returning.
If a missed collection is reported within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day, we will collect the bin within one business day.
Report a damaged or missing bin

Repairing and replacing your bins is a free service. To make the process smoother, please let us know which part of the bin is damaged - the lid, body, wheels, axel rods or lid hinge pins. After inspecting the bin, we will repair or replace it.
Please empty your damaged bin and leave it out on the nature strip. We will repair or replace your bin within three business days
