Are you aged between 15 and 25 years old, passionate about climate action, and want to see positive change? 

The City of Casey is looking for young residents passionate about addressing climate change and protecting our environment to join the Casey Youth Climate Action Committee (YCAC). 

The purpose of this Committee is to provide opportunities for young people to get involved in climate action. Share your ideas and help Council connect and inspire more young people to be part of the solution.

Members of the 2025 Casey Youth Climate Action Committee have been selected. Your representatives are:

Applications are now open!

Applications for the 2026 Youth Climate Action Committee are open until Tuesday, 6 January 2026.

If you are interested in joining the committee for 2026, register your interest.

The committee meets twice a month on Tuesday evenings, once in person (dinner provided) and once online. The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, 3 February 2026.
