Volunteering opportunities

Benefits of volunteering

Volunteering with City of Casey’s Community Service Team isn’t just about giving your time — it’s about making genuine connections, learning new skills, and having a great time along the way. We have varied opportunities to volunteer for services that enable older people to remain in their homes with independence and stay connected with their community.

Volunteers say they enjoy their role for many reasons, including:

  • having fun while giving back to the community
  • meeting other volunteers with similar interests
  • gaining valuable work experience in a caring and supportive environment
