Link Worker Program

Do you need to find a local service?

Casey’s Link Worker Program is a free service that assists residents or local organisations to access information and practical support to increase knowledge and connections.

The team can provide information on (but not limited to):

  • aged, disability, and carer services
  • community support organisations
  • health and wellbeing programs
  • social and cultural events
  • volunteering or employment pathways
  • connections to crisis and housing support agencies
  • elder abuse or family violence support organisations
  • advocacy support agencies
  • accessing practical assistance to complete forms

Link Workers provide in person, or over the phone support to people who need help navigating aged and disability systems and sourcing information and connections to maintain wellbeing.

A conversation with a Link Worker can help identify services to assist you to get the support you need- when you need it most.

Link Workers will:

  • take the time to understand your needs
  • work with you to create a tailored plan that provides you with suggestions for support
  • assist you to make an informed choice about the services or activities you wish to connect with
  • build your connections and independence
