Property Lease Register

The Property Lease Register provides a current listing of clubs, groups and organisations that have an occupancy agreement via a lease on public land that is managed by Casey City Council’s Property Department.

The City of Casey provides a broad range of services for the community via properties that are leased, or licenced in accordance with the Local Government Act 2020.

With reference to section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020, Council's Leasing Policy, and the Community Engagement Policy, we are committed to being transparent and accountable by providing this information about current leased properties.
