Berwick Village Urban Design Guidelines

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide detailed urban design guidelines for all property owners, developers, building and design professionals, planners and the community on how to achieve the development vision for Berwick Village, as expressed in the associated Berwick Village Structure Plan.

Scope

The City of Casey strongly encourages property owners and developers to have a clear understanding of the Berwick Village Structure Plan and Urban Design Guidelines prior to the lodgement of an application for development within the Village area.
