LSP 3 Cranbourne East Development Contributions Plan

Purpose

The Development Contributions Plan has been developed to support the provision of works, services, and facilities within the area.

Scope

The area generally bounded by Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road, Thompsons Road and Berwick-Cranbourne Road was included within Local Structure Plan (LSP) 3. This Development Contributions Plan applies to the western part of LSP 3.
