Title Summary
Community Facilities Framework Council and other service providers have a critical role in responding to the increasing service and facility needs of Casey.
Footpath Trading Policy This policy provides a framework for the management of footpath trading within the City of Casey. Both Council and individual traders have a duty of care to pedestrians.
Register of Public Roads Policy This document outlines the procedure to ensure Council’s Register of Public Roads (Roads Register): is maintained to reflect the requirements of the Road Management Act 2004 (Act), and; accurately identifies the roads for which the City of Casey has care and management responsibility.
Resident Permit Parking Policy To manage on-street parking for the people who live in the street to balance residential, commercial and other parking demands.
Road Management Plan City of Casey manages, inspects, repairs and maintains roads identified in the Council’s Register of Public Roads.
Special Charge Scheme Policy This Policy provides a strategic framework to assist and guide Council to implement a fair, equitable and consistent approach to the construction of appropriate infrastructure such as, but not limited to, roads, kerb and channel, footpaths and drainage through owner contributions as part of a special charge scheme.
Street Lighting Policy To provide guidance, consistency and certainty on the purchase of new estate street lighting.

Infrastructure Strategy 2021-25 The purpose of the strategy is to provide an overarching direction for infrastructure within the City of Casey.
Integrated Transport Strategy The Integrated Transport Strategy titled Streets Ahead provides guidance and direction on investment and improvements to all modes of transport.
Walk and Ride in Casey Strategy 2019-2041 The Walk & Ride in Casey Strategy provides guidance and direction to plan and deliver footpaths, shared paths, bicycle lanes and separate lanes that allow our community to freely commute and recreate on a connected path network that eases the challenges associated with our growing population.
