Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Policy

Purpose and Intent

This policy defines unreasonable complainant conduct (UCC) and also guides Council’s management of unreasonable complainant conduct. Council’s goal in implementing this policy is to minimise the potential adverse impacts of unreasonable complainant behaviour by responding to UCC in a reasonable and proportionate manner.
