Introduction

This document is an incorporated document in the Casey Planning Scheme pursuant to section 6(2)(j) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

It consists of the written provisions of this document (Clauses 1.0-7.0) and the Master Plan prepared by Charlton Degg dated 13 July 2018 (Ref: 1149 CP-A Revision 15) (Sheet 1 of 1) (Clause 8.0).

Purpose

The purpose of the control in this document is to specify conditions to be required on a planning permit to be issued for the subdivision of the land specified in Clause 3 in accordance with this document.
