Lyndhurst Development Contributions Plan	The Cranbourne/Hampton Park/Lyndhurst/Lynbrook urban area incorporates the bulk of the southern section of the growth area within the City of Casey and is within the next 20 years expected to grow in population from 40,000 to 160,000.
Lyndhurst Neighbourhood Activity Centre Comprehensive Development Plan	Provide guidelines to co-ordinate the actions of developers, infrastructure service providers, public authorities and Council.
