The Strong Communities Outcome Strategy 2025–29 outlines how Council will support healthy, safe, inclusive and connected communities through targeted programs, partnerships and advocacy. The strategy focuses on strengthening wellbeing, building connection and ensuring all residents can participate fully in community life.

Strong communities are essential to a thriving city. By working with partners and delivering inclusive programs, Council supports community safety, improves access to services and helps meet the diverse needs of Casey’s growing population.

Through support for early years and youth, increased participation in arts, sport and local activities, and a focus on social cohesion and gender equality, the strategy aims to reduce inequality, prevent family violence and foster a sense of belonging. These efforts help ensure Casey’s communities feel supported, empowered and proud to call Casey home.
