The Plan presents a ten-year blueprint of how  Council will deliver and manage $4.8 billion of  infrastructure assets to maximise their value,  while ensuring they adapt to the needs of our  ever-evolving community. It is prepared in  alignment with Section 92 of the Local  Government Act 2020 and applies to all infrastructure assets owned or managed by Council, except land and land under roads.
