The Development Contributions Plan has been developed to support the provision of works, services, and facilities within the area.
Scope
The area generally bounded by Narre Warren - Cranbourne Road, Greaves Road, Ti-Tree Creek flood plain and the east-west section of Pound Road in Narre Warren South is covered by the Narre Warren South Local Structure Plan. This Development Contributions Plan applies to the Narre Warren South LSP.
Proposal to improve Berwick Springs Wetland Reserve
The development of the Narre Warren South area is almost complete and most of the projects listed in the Narre Warren South Development Contribution Plan have been delivered, with the exception of a tennis facility that includes courts and a pavilion.
