About the Ageing Positively Festival
The Ageing Positively Festival is held annually in conjunction with the Victorian Seniors Festival in October. The festival aims to offer a range of events and activities to celebrate the diversity of our older residents and recognise the valuable contribution they have made and continue to make to our community.
The 2024 Ageing Positively Festival theme “Explore, Engage, Evolve,” invited older adults to discover the numerous ways to enrich your lives, build resilience, and continue to thrive as you age. The festival offered a wealth of enriching experiences and unforgettable moments for everyone involved.
There was something for every interest and passion with over eighty fantastic events, including workshops, musical performances, informative sessions, tours, and exciting new activities.
