- What is Casey Connector?
Casey Connector shopping trips help you:
- Travel to local shopping centres and essential services.
- Stay active and independent.
- Enjoy social connections in your community.
You’ll travel in a 10-seater minibus, with door-to-door pick-up and drop-off.
- Who can use the service?
This service is for older residents who:
- Are aged 65 years and over, or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Live in the City of Casey.
- Can walk short distances independently or with a mobility aid.
- Have limited or no transport options.
With Casey Connector shopping trips, you can:
- Access groceries and essential services.
- Stay independent and active.
- Meet new people and enjoy social connection.
- Travel with confidence in a safe, inclusive and welcoming service.
- Trip information
- Frequency: Fortnightly (see timetable below).
- Cost: $3 one way, $5 return.
- Seats: Limited to 10 passengers per trip.
- Pick-up time: Between 9 am and 9.30 am (depending on traffic and other pick-ups).
- Shopping time: Two hours at the shopping centre.
- Return: Depart shopping centre about 12 pm–12.30 pm (plus travel time).
- No services on public holidays.

- Monday – Zone 6: Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre.
- Tuesday – Zone 2: Fountain Gate.
- Wednesday – Zone 3: Casey Central.
- Wednesday – Zone 4: Fountain Gate.
- Thursday – Zone 5: Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre.
- Friday – Zone 1: Fountain Gate.
Week 2 – From 15 September 2025
- Tuesday – Zone 2: Dandenong Market.
- Thursday – Zone 5: Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre.
- Friday – Zone 2: Fountain Gate.
- How to register
You can only register for shopping trips in the zone where you live.

What happens after you register
- We’ll contact you to confirm your booking (subject to seat availability).
- If your trip is full, we’ll place you on the waitlist.
- Once you start using the service, you’ll receive an invoice at the end of each month.
