Services for 65 years and over

The following information is for people 65 years and over (or 50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples).

The Australian Government’s My Aged Care services can help you understand what services may be available to help you.

Please contact My Aged Care if:

  • you're accessing services for the first time, or
  • you would like to make changes to the services you're currently receiving.

You can call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and they will assess your eligibility over the phone and/or organise an in-home assessment.

My Aged Care also provides information in other languages.

Services for people under 65

If you are under 65 years of age (under 50 years of age for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) you may be able to access the Home and Community Care Program (HACC).

In-home services help people to remain living safely and independently at home.

City of Casey Council is no longer a provider of the Home and Community Care Program.

Bolton Clarke is the provider who was appointed by the Victorian Government to deliver services to Casey residents from October 2022.  A range of care and support services are available whether you are accessing services for the first time, or you would like to make changes to the services you’re currently receiving.

For further information, please contact Bolton Clarke National Assessment Team on 1300 221 122.

If you are a young person with a disability, you may be eligible for support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
