Thompsons Road bounds the Croskell Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) area to the north and Berwick-Cranbourne Road to the east.
Precinct structure plan
The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) has prepared the Croskell (employment) PSP. The PSP will guide land use and development within the precinct.

Community Consultation
Croskell has entered a Community Engagement and Exhibition period, which commenced on 11 September 2024 and will close on 9 October 2024. During this period, all submissions must be made via the Engage Victoria.

Infrastructure funding
Contributions from landowners will fund infrastructure within the precinct. The Infrastructure Contributions Plan (ICP):
- identifies the location of schools, community facilities, local parks and roads
- establishes a framework for the collection of funding for infrastructure and services
- ensure the cost is shared between the various developers and the wider community
