Please note Community Infrastructure Levies (CIL) do not apply in Infrastructure Contribution Overlay Areas (Cardinia Creek South & Minta Farm).
The relevant Contributions Plan and planning permit requires that a development contribution must be paid not more than 21 days prior to the issue of a Statement of Compliance for the plan.
