Liveable City Outcome Strategy 2025-29

About

The Liveable City Outcome Strategy 2025–29 sets out how Council will plan, deliver and advocate for a well‑connected, accessible and high‑quality built environment as Casey continues to grow. It focuses on creating places and infrastructure that support daily life, improve movement across the city and meet the changing needs of our community.

As Casey’s population increases, demand grows for safe and reliable transport, accessible infrastructure and inclusive public spaces. By improving connectivity across roads, public transport, walking and cycling networks, and ensuring infrastructure is sustainable and fit for purpose, Council is working to create a city that is easier to move around and better for people to live, work and visit.

The strategy also guides how Council plans for growth and advocates for investment so that services, facilities and city‑shaping infrastructure are delivered where they are needed most — now and into the future.
