informationCouncil will review your application and contact you to discuss the next steps. You may need to provide extra information and documentation before Council approves your event.

Your plan should include details such as:

  • Entry and exit points 
  • Emergency vehicle access
  • First aid
  • Evacuation points
  • Car parking
  • Signage etc.
  • Toilets
  • Drinking fountains
  • Food outlets
  • Hydrants/service points
  • Temporary fencing
