The State government is introducing changes to kerbside bins, including standardising bin lid colours. If your bins don't already have the new lids, we will be replacing them between August and December 2025.
Please use this form to report any issues that occur during the changeover period, such as incorrect ID installation, damage, or register for a reminder text. We will return to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
